Jaden? Dental Surgery? Easy.

That's GREAT!! Kids are so resilient. How much does the tooth fairy bring for a tooth out there in the west coast? she/he/it brings a dollar, here.
Our tooth fairy gives $2 a pop.
My mother still has a handkerchief with dimes tied in the corners, that the tooth fairy brought me when I was little. But that was a long time ago, too :)

Glad he's ok; that's the main thing.
you people are lucky

when i was growing up i was so scared of the dentist that i pulled my own teeth

i would get nothing but a bloody towel and that little surge of adrenaline that so pleasantly appears once you inflict enough pain

now i just settle for brushing and mouth wash! who flosses?
I actually floss a few times a week. Not "daily" as is the conventional wisdom. The latest visit to the dentist suggests my strategy is working just fine...

I've got my special tooth picks...I use Floss to pull the teeth. Amazing I still have a few left. You learn too late sometimes I guess.

Jaden's gonna be a toughie. 3 permanent teeth at once are a a little trickier to recover from though. Hopefully they were just baby teeth.

One of the teeth they removed was a baby tooth that was already lose. The two they had to extract were adult-sized teeth for sure as there was a bit of a size difference between those teeth and the baby tooth.

Jaden did not require too much recovery time. Not once has he needed pain meds and other than the fact he had to eat soft food today, everything was more or less normal.
