I still haven't sync'd a Nokia to my new Dell. Going to do that this weekend. And I've never even looked at firmware upgrades on any of them. I'm clueless, although I see an option in PCSuite.

I suppose it's something I should investigate.

Nokia Software Updater is an option in the new PC Suite. However, this particular update isn't available via the external NSU (yet).

Of what I've noticed so far: you can take videos with the secondary camera longer than 30 seconds now and it seems there is some weird effect on pictures taken in Sports mode.
