They Want To Change Chocolate!
I really hate it when people mess with food. You know, change the ingredients to make it cheaper or supposedly make it better for you. Bah. But some people in the US that make chocolate want to do just that--change the ingredients in chocolate so that it's cheaper to make. Who thinks this is a good idea? I certainly don't! What do you bet it's not only worse for you, but it takes like crap?
Anyway, here a web site that goes over this in more detail and give you explicit instructions for letting the FDA know, in no uncertain terms, should they mess with chocolate.

I however, could live, breathe, bathe and die in chocolate. Other people have crack. I have chocolate.
European chocolate is better anyway. Does any of this have to do with trans fat and wanting to ban it? Isn't dark chocolate good for you?
The fast-food industry is famous for reducing portion sizes to maintain a lower price which in turn, stabilizes profit margins. If they want to make a substitute chochlate and market it as such then I'm all for it...but to change the formula on choclate and still call it choclate is unacceptible
